Alces Nox Capital, LLC is a technology company built to develop and own software products. Rather than operating as a single product or app, Alces Nox is structured to hold and grow multiple technology products over time.
Why we exist
We started Alces Nox because we wanted to build software the way we think it should be built: carefully, with attention to detail, and with no pressure to ship before something is ready. Owning our own products gives us the room to make decisions on that timeline.
Long-term vision
Alces Nox is intended to become a long-term parent company for multiple technology businesses and products — native mobile applications, AI-powered applications, SaaS products, software platforms, internal tools, and other digital products. Each is treated as something to be maintained for years, not just launched.
Principles
We favor thoughtful design over speed, long-term maintainability over quick wins, and honest, reliable products over ones that simply look impressive at launch. A product ships when it meets our standards, not on a predetermined schedule.
